If that’s what it takes to get the person to exercise. Then find a buddy to help. If the person doesn’t have a friend to workout, then try hiring a trainer. This person will surely motivate you to exercise.
Step #6 You must try to keep setting goals for yourself. In order to get fit one must stay motivated. If you look at exercise as a job, and not fun. You’re probably not going to exercise much. Set some goals for yourself and think of how good you are going to look and feel after your workouts. This is a must if the individual wants to see continued progress.
